Refund Policy


If you wish to cancel a booking please let us know as far in advance as possible, upon this notice you will be given a refund or credit for any payments received after cancellation fees are deducted. The cancellation fee is based on the total amount of your reservation.

·         If you cancel 61 days or more before your arrival date, there is a 60% cancellation fee and we will refund the remaining balance of your deposit.

·         If you cancel 31 to 60 days before your arrival date, there is a 70% cancellation fee, and you will receive a 30% credit (for the payments received) towards a future reservation, valid for a year from the day of the cancellation, at one of our Website listed properties.

·         If you wish to cancel within 30 days before your arrival date, there is an 80% cancellation fee and you will receive a 20% credit towards a future reservation, valid for a year from the day of the cancellation, at one of our Website listed properties. Any other form of cancellation within 72 hours will result in a TOTAL loss of any payment received.


Cancellation by a Hotel or Resort.


In the event that a Hotel or a Resort cancel a booking for or under circumstances such as double booking, weather-related, a property closing, or any other reason that is not under the control of Suitesbnb International Corp., we are only responsible for extending a credit applicable towards a future reservation, for the same value as the payments received, valid for 12 MONTHS, counting from the day of the cancellation, towards another stay in any of the properties listed as Hotels or Resort in If the travel credit is not used 12 months after being issued, it is lost without any further validity.


To apply for the Travel Credit Certificate.


 At least a 30-day ADVANCE notice to the day of travel for any reservation paid with a Travel Credit Certificate. BLACKOUT DATES APPLY  (read blackout dates to plan your travel dates in the next paragraph 6). All reservations using a Travel Certificate or Travel Voucher issued by must be requested by the guest via email to and it is subject to availability. If a property administration or Management cannot confirm the stay, can assist by offering another option at the destination required. The travel credit has no cash value. If a portion of the credit was not used by the Guest, there is no partial refund. is not the owner of the properties, therefore the Guest is subject to additional terms & conditions issued by the Hotel or Resort where the reservation is requested, confirmed or canceled. Suitesbnb International Corp and its website is only the reservation system for the properties advertised. The Hotels or Resort are the final providers of the lodging services to the guests, therefore is not responsible for any total or partial refunds related to services, food, and beverage, lodging or any other services like concierge, laundry, room service and any related service regarding the stay. As the booking service, we are limited to provide a travel voucher depending on the reason for the complaint or refusal of service by a Villa or Hotel.

Travel Credit Certificate Blackout dates:

Travel Credit Certificates CANNOT be used for any stay nor be applied for reservations on the following dates:

* July 22, 2022, to July 31, 2022.

* August 1, 2022, to August 31, 2022

* December 15, 2022, to December 31, 2022.

* January 1, 2023, to January 12th, 2023.

* February 12th to February 16th, 2023

* March 12th, 2022 to March 24th, 2023

* April 2, 2022, to April 12th, 2023.
